How do you get progressive overload without weights?

What about cardio without equipment?

FitCraft programs bodyweight cardio (jumping jacks, mountain climbers, burpees, high knees, plyometric variations). The intensity comes from movement choice and pace, not from equipment. You can hit a real cardiovascular training stimulus without a treadmill, a bike, or a rower.
